Sizing

At Fetch & Tag, we want to ensure your pet gets the perfect fit! Use this guide to find the right size for collars, leashes, and harnesses before placing your order.

How to Measure Your Pet

Collars

  1. Use a soft measuring tape (or a string and ruler) to measure around your pet’s neck where the collar would sit.
  2. Allow two fingers of space between the collar and your pet’s neck for comfort.

  3. Compare your measurement with our size chart below.

Size  Neck Circumference
X-Small 8" - 12"
Small 10" - 15"
Medium  14" - 20"
Large 18" - 26"

Harnesses

  1. Neck Measurement: Measure around the base of your pet’s neck.

  2. Chest Girth: Measure around the widest part of your pet’s chest, just behind the front legs.

  3. Ensure a snug but comfortable fit—you should be able to slide two fingers between the harness and your pet’s body.

Fit Tips

  • Adjustability: Our collars and harnesses have adjustable straps for a customized fit.

  • Weight Consideration: If your pet is between sizes, choose based on their build—opt for a smaller size for a lean pet and a larger size for a stockier build.

  • Growth Room: Puppies and growing dogs should have a bit of extra room to grow into their gear.

  • Breed Variations: Some breeds may have unique proportions—measure carefully!
